Optimising Our Workflow

Here is a quick overview of how to effectively use our core tools: HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Box, and Outlook. Understanding when and when not to use each tool can streamline our workflow and improve our productivity. 

In summary, by leveraging each tool's strengths with Slack as our heartbeat, we can enhance our productivity and ensure smooth communication. Remember:

Features It lets us create projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. We communicate in real-time via instant messaging & voice calls. Features like categorisation and scheduling help us stay organised.  It integrates with other tools for seamless collaboration. If you use the Zoom App on your computer you can access meeting chats after the meeting.
Note Remember, if it's related to a project, work through it via Asana. Remember to start threads for focused discussions, especially in busy channels. Remember to check emails on each of your work days. Remember to save all documents in Box and share from there.
