      How to Asana: Slack and Asana Integration



      Asana or Slack? Both! With the Asana + Slack integration, you can communicate and collaborate more effectively with your team in the right places.

      Here's how:

      1. Create Asana tasks from any Slack message. Just click the "..." button on a message, then "create task."
      2. Get project notifications in a Slack channel. Go to the channel you want, then type "/asana link" and select the project you want notifications for. Voila!
      3. Take actions on Asana tasks from Slack when you're assigned a task, @mentioned, or paste a task into Slack. You can take many task actions right from Slack.
