# KB-29: Troubleshooting: login and access problems

**If you can’t log in, reset your password, verify your account or contact support for assistance.**

Common login issues include entering an incorrect email address or phone number, or attempting to log in without first creating an account. Please ensure you are using the same email address or phone number you registered with. Once you receive the OTP code, enter it within one minute before it expires.

If the login page is not loading properly, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using a different browser. If you see a "User could not be found" error, it means there is no account associated with that email address or phone number. In this case, you can create an account at https://my.generositypath.org/auth/register.

For account access issues related to suspension or technical errors, please contact support@generositypath.org. When reaching out, include your email address, the error message you received, and the steps you have already tried. Our team will respond within a few working days.
