Registering as a host via WhatsApp

Hosts can register using the WhatsApp chatbot at +44 7403 657854 — a step-by-step conversation that collects your details and grants host access. This is the primary registration method for USB/offline contexts.

If you are hosting a JOG Lite via USB stick, or if internet access makes the MyJOG Portal difficult to use, you can register as a host through the GP WhatsApp chatbot. This is a simple, guided conversation that collects the information needed to set you up as a host and generate your event code.

How to register as a host via WhatsApp

  • Send a WhatsApp message to +44 7403 657854 (or scan the QR code from your USB 'Registration' folder).
  • Follow the chatbot conversation prompts. You will be asked for your name, location, and other basic host details.
  • Complete the registration to receive your host confirmation and access to the next steps.

Once you are registered as a host, you can then register your JOG event via the same WhatsApp chatbot (see KB-63 for step-by-step event registration guidance). Upon completing event registration, you will receive your unique event code.

Save and pin your event code — you will need it during the event for participant registration and at the close for surveys. Note: WhatsApp support is subject to local messaging regulations and may not be available in all countries. Check with your regional coordinator if you encounter any difficulty.
