KB-16: Navigating resources in MyJOG

Use the navigation menu to access facilitation guides, videos, slides, translation files and invitation templates.

Once you’re inside the MyJOG portal, use the top menu to access the MyJOGs, Host resources or Promotional resources pages.

Host resources includes short training videos on how to run a JOG, along with downloadable materials like the Host checklist, JOG Guide, and Hosting Manual. FAQs are also available. Within each JOG event, you can view all session videos (with durations) and access supporting materials such as the Hosting Guide, participant notebook, and generosity plan. You’ll also find your event code and links to host and participant surveys.

Promotional resources provides ready-made content—videos, social media posts, posters, flyers, and emails—to help you invite participants. Resources are organized by section for easy browsing. Be sure to review materials before your event and share the surveys afterward.
