JOG Lite overview

JOG Lite is a condensed version of JOG Plus, designed for quicker delivery without losing the core DNA of the experience. It consists of five trimmed sessions plus an optional Giving Group Workshop, running approximately 5.5–7 hours in total. The format is intentionally built for one-day events.

  • Session 1 – What does it mean to be generous? (70 min): Deconstructs existing assumptions about giving and opens honest peer conversation about money and faith.
  • Session 2 – Exploring God's heart of generosity (45 min): Provides the biblical foundation — concise but anchored in Scripture.
  • Session 3 – The practice of living generously (45 min): Makes it practical. Participants reflect on what a generous life could look like for them personally.
  • Session 4 – Becoming an intentional giver (80 min): Equips participants to become deliberate, purposeful givers. Includes the Generosity Plan.
  • Session 5 – The power of giving together (65 min): Demonstrates the power of collective generosity. Participants discuss whether they want to form a Giving Group.
  • Optional Giving Group Workshop (95 min): Guides participants to form a giving group and create a shared Giving Group Plan. Can run immediately after Session 5 or on a separate day.

JOG Lite is primarily accessed via the MyJOG Portal. A USB version is available for regions where internet connectivity is limited or unreliable — contact your regional coordinator to request one. It is well suited for ministry leaders and general audiences, and for settings where time or resources are limited.
