How participants register via WhatsApp

At the start of your JOG Lite event (USB), the Welcome slide will display instructions for participant registration via WhatsApp. Here is how to guide participants through the process:

  • Ask participants to open WhatsApp on their phones and send a message to +44 7403 657854.
  • The chatbot will greet them and ask for their contact information. They can choose to provide an email address or phone number.
  • A verification code (OTP) will be sent to their chosen contact. They should enter the OTP to verify.
  • Once verified, participants complete a short registration form.
  • They will then be prompted to enter the event code — which the host should share at the start of the session.
  • Upon successful entry of the event code, participants gain access to their participant resources: the Participant Notebook and Generosity Plan.

After the event, participants complete their post-event survey using the same WhatsApp number (+44 7403 657854). Remind them to do this before leaving, or send a follow-up reminder the next day with the WhatsApp number and event code.

For MyJOG Portal events (JOG Core and Plus), participants register by scanning the QR code on the Welcome slide rather than via WhatsApp.
