What is the Journey of Generosity (JOG)?
The Journey of Generosity (JOG) is a simple, interactive group experience that creates space for conversations about faith, life and money.
The Journey of Generosity is at the heart of Generosity Path. It’s not a seminar or lecture but a facilitated conversation among peers about faith, life and money. During a JOG, you’ll watch short videos, reflect on passages of Scripture and share stories with others. There is no cost to attend and no fundraising appeals; in fact, GP commits never to ask for money or allow anyone else to ask through its events.
The experience is designed to be invitational rather than instructional. Hosts lead the sessions but are not experts; they simply create a safe space for honest dialogue. The JOG can be delivered in various formats (Core, Plus or Lite) and in person or online depending on your context.
Whether you are exploring generosity for the first time or have been on this journey for years, the JOG offers a fresh perspective and a supportive community. Participants often describe it as an opportunity to discover freedom and joy in giving rather than pressure or obligation. Because it’s a conversation, no two JOGs are exactly alike; each group brings its own stories and questions.
📍 If you would like to attend or host a JOG, you can find information on your region's website or contact your regional coordinator.
